SHIPPING POLICY 

Orders are processed and shipped out from our Distribution Center in 2 to 5 business days. 

• Due to our high volume of shipments, Futrlegacy passes discounted shipping rates to it's valued customers.
• Futrlegacy works closely with major carriers to ensure that orders are delivered at the earliest. Majority of shipments are delivered between 5 to 10 business days from the date of ordering.
• Currently, Futrlegacy only conducts business in Canada and the United States of America (USA) and is ONLY able to ship products Canada/USA wide. 

Futrlegacy currently offers 4 shipping options:

1) Canada Post Expedited Parcel

2) Canada Post Xpresspost

3) FedEx Ground

4) FedEx Priority Overnight

You will have the opportunity to choose which shipping option on the checkout page.

Please note: Futrlegacy takes full responsibility of handling an order and delivering it safely to Canada Post or FedEx. Thereafter, Canada Post or FedEx delivers the order to the customer. Futrlegacy is not responsible for incorrect contact details provided by the customer or the delivery processes of the shipping companies.

We cannot be responsible for doorstep theft of Futrlegacy packages delivered by shipping carriers.
